Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and okpj ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the okpj website located at https://okpj.bio and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering and players who have created a fully verified account.

By accessing okpj, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To register and use okpj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okpj may request government-issued identification at any point to verify your age. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in suspension of your account pending further review.
• You must be accessing okpj from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of okpj is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of okpj or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been previously closed by okpj for violations of these Terms. Attempting to re-register following a ban or self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okpj platform. The following rules apply to all accounts from the moment of registration:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name and valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to update your information promptly if any of it changes. Accounts registered with false or inaccurate information may be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. okpj will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• okpj reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identity document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership.
• okpj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match-fixing involvement, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Upon closure for cause, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Clause 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the okpj platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. okpj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or joint accounts. Deposits made from unverified sources will be refunded and the account suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the available withdrawal methods listed in the account cashier. okpj does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not previously used for deposit, or cryptocurrency wallets.
• okpj may request additional identity documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount. Failure to provide the requested documents within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Deposits are credited to your okpj wallet in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. okpj is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket network interruptions.
• okpj does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side of the transaction. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may apply their standard transaction fees. These fees are the responsibility of the player and are not reimbursable by okpj.

Clause 4

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

okpj offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your wallet. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings generated from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• okpj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to void any bonus credited as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or misuse of a promotional code. Winnings accrued from a voided bonus will also be voided.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including by opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting known loopholes, or placing low-risk complementary bets to meet rollover requirements without genuine wagering risk — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts closed.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games designated in the promotional terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion. Free spins expire at the time specified in the promotion; unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash.

Clause 5

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

okpj is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpj platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the violation is confirmed:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live casino games, sharing hand information in card games, or any arrangement designed to manipulate game outcomes to the detriment of okpj or other players.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes filed with any payment provider, bank, or financial institution in relation to transactions made on the okpj platform. Filing a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action being taken against the player.
• Any attempt to launder money through the okpj platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or any other activity that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.

Clause 6

Responsible Gaming Obligations

okpj is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. As a condition of using okpj, you acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss, that the house maintains a statistical edge over time, and that gambling is a form of entertainment and not a reliable source of income. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available within your account — including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling is becoming a concern.

okpj strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21. If you are aware of a person under 21 attempting to use okpj, please notify our support team immediately. okpj may refer confirmed cases of underage gambling to the relevant authorities. Clause 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the okpj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of okpj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the okpj platform for any other purpose without the prior written consent of okpj. Any unauthorised use of okpj content terminates the licence granted to you and may give rise to a claim for damages.

Clause 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpj's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okpj is not liable for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if okpj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, including planned maintenance downtime, unplanned technical outages, or service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or internet service providers.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, game results, or promotional information, where such information contains an error that okpj corrects within a reasonable time following discovery.

Clause 9

Amendments to These Terms

okpj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
